Our Refund Policy
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do. Please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
A Customer is not entitled to a refund When the damage to goods is caused by the customer's negligence. Whenthe goods are returned with incomplete or missing parts and not in the condition they were sent to you in.
In some circumstances, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. If we accept merchandise for return that does not fall into any of the above categories, we may charge a 15% restocking fee if the goods have been opened, or the packaging is damaged.
